Port Blair, March 23: The Lt. Governor, A & N Islands, Lt. General AK Singh (Retd) will launch the BSIV grade fuels in Andaman and Nicobar Islands on March 28, 2016 at 9.30 am at the Indian Oil Port Blair Terminal at Haddo. The Member of Parliament, Mr Bishnu Pada Ray will grace the occasion as the guest of honor.
