Port Blair, Mar 16: The Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Bank inaugurated its 13th ATM on Wednesday at Junglighat area near Radha Krishna Temple Complex. The Chairman, ANStCB, Mr Bhagat Singh was the chief guest on the occasion. The programme was also attended by Smt Laxmi Singh, Smt A Desamma, Director, ANStCB, Mr Ravinder Rao, Managing Director, Mr K Murugan, CGM, Bank officials and a large gathering of local residents.
In his address, Mr Bhagat Singh, urged all the people of the area to come forward and open their Savings A/c with the Bank and avail the benefits of ATM. He has informed the people present on the occasion that the ANStCB is issuing instant Rupay Debit cards which are assessable in ATMs of all banks and the ATM cards of all banks are accessable in ANSCB ATM.
Smt Laxmi Singh operated the ATM and used Rupay Debit card to withdraw cash from the newly inaugurated ATM facility at Junglighat area in Radha Krishna Temple Complex.
Welcoming the gathering, Mr Ravinder Rao, Managing Director highlighted the modern facilities of the bank like RTGS / NEFT. He informed the gathering that Junglighat branch was opened on last year and within 1 years’ time, the bank has installed its ATM facility at Junglighat. He urged all the people present on the occasion to come forward avail the services of the Bank including the ATMs services & gold loan facilities. Mr K Murugan, Chief General Manager, Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Bank Ltd proposed the vote of thanks.
