Port Blair, Mar 15: The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Unit of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) organized a solemn function on Tuesday to pay tribute to the founder of the party, Late Kanshi Ram. The President and all committee members garlanded the portrait of the leader in the party office.
