Port Blair, Feb 19: The National School of Drama, New Delhi, in collaboration with the Department of Art and Culture, A & N Administration will organize Festival of Tribal Dance, Music and Theatre – Adivasi Adi Bimb from Feb 26-28, 2016 at the ITF Ground here. The Chief Secretary will inaugurate the festival as the chief guest at 6 pm on Feb 26, while the Secretary, Art and Culture, Mr Rakesh Bali will grace the occasion as the guest of honor. The Chairman, National School of Drama Society, Mr Ratan Thiyam, will preside over the function.
