Port Blair, Feb 02: Taking quick action on a complaint the Deputy Commissioner of South Andaman today ordered an encroachment eviction drive at New Pahargaon Ground area. It is learnt that large number of temporary houses have been demolished during the drive. It is also reported that a large number of people from School Line and Dairy Farm were encroaching the said land in broad day light.
