Port Blair, Jan 10: Gram Panchayat Tushnabad is conducting an emergent gram sabha on Jan 12, 2012 at 10.30 A.M. at Manpur Community hall to discuss on the buffer zone issue. The villagers of this panchayat have been requested to attend this meeting, a communication from its Pradhan said.
