Havelock, Jan 12: The 24th Vivekananda Mela at Havelock Island was inaugurated this evening by Mr. B. Saigal, the Dy Superintendent of Police, Havelock Sub Division. He was given a warm welcome by the committee members. Mr. Saigal lit the traditional lamp and garlanded the portrait of Swami Vivekananda and visited all the stalls. In his address he threw light on life and thoughts of Swami Vivekananda.
