Port Blair, Dec 13: The Coastguard unit of Andaman & Nicobar Islands have caught a Cargo Dinghy coming from Havelock towards Port Blair carrying four buffaloes in it.
It is learnt that the Dinghy was later handed over to the Aberdeen Police Station for further investigation.
As per sources, the Coastguard unit caught the dinghy because the dinghy was unregistered. It is learnt that a case has been registered in this regard under cruelty of animal act.
