Port Blair, Dec 7: The former Adhyaksha of South Andaman Zilla Parishad, Ms VK Mariyam Bibi has expressed gratitude to the Lt. Governor and the Administration for the commendable job of taking care of and airlifting the stranded Islanders from the flood hit Chennai which has provided great relief to the students, parents, patients and senior citizens. She expressed hope that other stranded islanders will be brought back to Port Blair soon.
