Port Blair, Oct 8: The Adhyaksha, South Andaman Zilla Parishad, Ms VK Mariyam Bibi inaugurated a rural road from Arjunan plot to Babu Singh plot at Joginder Nagar, Campbell Bay in the presence of Pramukh, Mr Sanjay Singh, Zilla Parishad Member, Smt Balbir Kaur and Mr N Sandeep Kalyan Chakravarthy on Wednesday. The Adhyaksha along with the Pradhan and PRI members also visited Govt. Senior Secondary School, Vijay Nagar and interacted with the Vice Principal and students of the institution. She later heard the grievances of the villagers of Kamal Basti and assured them to place them before the concerned authorities. A huge gathering of general public, Samity members, Pradhans and PRI members attended the events.
