Port Blair, Aug 24: The NCC Junior Division (Air Force) cadets of Kamraj English Medium School, Brookshabad led by Principal Mrs Beena ,Care Taker Victor Anand Raj PT teacher and Cpl R Yadav, PI Staff of NCC Unit participated in the Clean India Mission in the school premises on Monday. The cadets actively took part in the cleanliness drive and set an example by dumping all the garbage collected in the dustbins. They were apprised about the importance of “Clean India Mission” and the harmful effects caused by the plastic waste to the environment including the marine life. The cadets were educated and reminded of their responsibility in practicing the same in their localities also to achieve the “Clean India Mission”. Refreshments were also distributed to the cadets on completion.
