Port Blair, July 17: The Indian Meteorological Department, RMC Kolkata has forecast strong southwesterly wind speed between 40 and 45 kmph and generally rough seas along and off Andaman and Nicobar coast under the influence of moderate to strong south west monsoon current over Southeast Bay and Andaman Sea. Fishermen have been advised to be cautious while venturing in to the sea.
