Mayabunder, June 14: More and more reports of ATM Frauds have been pouring in from various parts of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Two fresh cases have been reported from Mayabunder, where two SBI customers have been targeted this time by swindlers.
In these cases the SBI ATM holders got calls from mobile number 9709119137 of Vodafone Bihar & Jharkhand Circle -22 and Bharti Airtel Number 9771595512, issued from Bihar and Jharkhand Circle -2.
As it happens in all such cases the swindlers acquired ATM pin during the phone calls, tricking both the villagers of Mayabunder and took out all money from the account.
Hundreds of such cases have already been reported from various corners of these Islands and in most of the cases the SBI account holders are being targeted by the swindlers. The Andaman and Nicobar police must send another team to mainland to catch hold of these people, who are looting resident of these Islands by various tricks.
