Port Blair, Apr 22: In connection with urgent maintenance work on T&D system, replacement of conductor and ABS etc and pre-monsoon line clearance, the power supply will remain suspended at some places on Apr 25. The areas to be affected are STS Workshop, BSNL Bhawan, Model School area, Fire Brigade, ANIIDCO Bhawan area, Girls School, CCS Aberdeen Bazaar area, Supply Line complete, Netaji Stadium area, Electricity Bazaar site office, Jama Masjid, Netaji Club and part of Gurudwara Lane, Garacharama Sub Station, Japan Nallah, Austinabad, Prothrapur, Carbyn’s Cove, Brichgunj, Brookshadbad & part of Chakkargaon from 0730 hrs to 1400 hrs on Apr 25 and from 8 am to 12 noon at Austinabad, Boorkshabad, Corbyn’s Cove, Chakkergaon and Bargat Line on the same day.
