Port Blair, Apr 21: Every year, April 22 is celebrated as ‘Earth Day’ throughout the world. The celebration reminds us to protect the Mother Earth in every possible ways.
To celebrate this occasion, the Science Centre located at Goodwill Estate, Corbyn’s Cove Road is organizing a painting competition in its auditorium on 22nd April, 2015 at 11 am. The theme of this year’s celebration is –“It’s Our Turn to Lead”.
Students studying in class VI to VIII standard are eligible to take part in the painting Competition. The participating students are advised to bring painting materials etc. along with them by 10:30 am on Apr 22.
