Port Blair, Mar 19: On the auspicious occasion of ‘Vasant Navaratri’, Rajasthan Manch will be organising ‘25th Bhagavati Jagaran Utsav’ at the premises of Rajasthan Mandir on Mar 21. The bhajan programme will be start at 9 am on this day, a communication said.
