Port Blair, Apr 04: The Five members team of Andaman People Theatre Association (APTA) headed by Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, renowned Theatre Director of the Islands has returned from Middle Andaman on 5th April afternoon.
Druing his tour, Mr. Naresh Chander Lal interacted with the Jatra/Drama Artists of the Kadamtala, Billiground and Rangat area. Later his award winning feature film Gandhi the Mahatma was screened.
Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, representative of Andaman & Nicobar Islands in the Sangeet Natak Academy New Delhi assured the village Theatre workers for all help in promotion of performing Arts activities in the Islands.
Mr. Prasad Adhyakh Zilla Parishad, thanked APTA for conducting such interaction programme at Middle Andaman area.
