Port Blair, Jan 08: The Air India flight to Car Nicobar has been cancelled today due to delay in arrival at Port Blair from Mainland India.
According to reports, the flight landed at Port Blair Airport at 04:30pm as a result of which, authorities took the decision to cancel the flight to Car Nicobar.
There were strong rumors in Car Nicobar that the flight was cancelled due to some technical snags in the wings of the flight.
However talking to Andaman Sheekha, the Deputy Director of Civil Aviation Mr. Ravi Chandran clarified that the flight was cancelled due to delay in arrival. He further clarified that the flight will depart for Car Nicobar tomorrow morning at 08:00am.
