Port Blair, Apr 02: The illegal practice of extending shops upto the main road is continuing in Port Blair. It seems that most of the shops between the Ganesh Temple to Ratnam Market of Aberdeen Bazaar have illegally extended their shops upto the main road. They have also covered the footpath, leaving no other option for pedestrians than walking on the main road, which obstruct smooth flow of traffic during rush hours.
