Port Blair, Sept 12: A 400 passenger capacity private vessel, Green Ocean, is all set to reach Andaman in coming week. According to initial inputs received here, the private vessel will operate between Havelock and Port Blair sector and offer four different classes for passengers.
As per information received here the vessel will set sail for Port Blair from Sri Lanka tomorrow, after completion of long repair and furnishing works.
The vessel will not only offer comfortable seats but also offer space for passengers including children and couples to roam around.
The vessel is being brought by a private company names Green Ocean Seaways Private Limited Company, which is a joint venture of three entrepreneurs of these Islands. The owners are planning to start the service by October end, if the Administration gives all necessary clearances.
