Port Blair, Sept 04: On the Teachers’ Day, the PCC chief Kuldeep Rai Sharma and all leaders have greeted the teacher community. Kuldeep has stated that, on this day we all rejoice the work being done by teachers, as well as memorize the life of a great educationist and our former President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, whose birth anniversary falls today.
Teachers have always been given an exceptional place and respect in our society, as they prepare children to be active and responsible participants in society. This profession is dignified as it involves imparting the precious gift of knowledge to the students and thus give their best services to the society. Teachers’ Day is the ideal day of telling our teachers that we feel blessed because of their presence in our lives and we all are proud of them .
