Port Blair, Jul 16: Lt. Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands Lt. Gen (Retd) Ajay Kumar Singh will assume charge of Lt Governor of Puducherry under an interim arrangement tomorrow.
He will be sworn as Lt. Governor at a function in Rajnivas at 5.15 p.m, a report from PTI says. Acting Chief Justice of Madras High Court Justice Satish K Agnihotri will administer the oath of office to him.
