Port Blair, June 16: The President, Mr. P.KANNAN, office bearers of Government Employees Federation, A&N Islands and its affiliated Associations have expressed their heartiest gratitude to Lt. Governor, Chief Secretary, Secretary (Health), Director of Health Services, A&N Administration and Joint Director-Cum-Medical Superintend of GB Pant Hospital, Port Blair for taking their sincere efforts for fulfilling their long pending demand of restoration of “Hospital Patient Care Allowance / Patient Care Allowance (HPCA/PCA)”.
To all eligible Group “C” & “D” employees of Health Department, this was discontinued from 01.04.2009 and also giving approval for Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi OM No. Z/28015/119/2012-H dated 17/12/2012 for giving “HPCA/PCA” at double rate w.e.f. 01.09.2008. The Federation has also thanked the office bearers and members of all its affiliated Associations belong to HEALTH DEPARTMENT for extending their full support and cooperation especially the A&N HEALTH DEPARTMENT WARD ATTENDANT AAYA AND SAFAI KARMACHARI ASSOCIATION in their mission to get their demand fulfilled.
