Port Blair, Apr 30: Yet another Deer, which escaped from Ross Island, was spotted by morning walkers near JNRM sea shore area this morning. However, a group of alert people with the help of forest officials caught the Deer. The Deer was later handed over to Forest Department.
This is second such incident of this month, indicating about either food shortage of water scarcity in Ross Island. The Administration must conduct a detailed study to find out the reasons behind such cases of escape from Ross Island by spotted Deer.
