Port Blair, Apr 09: Andaman and Nicobar Police has arrested the Ex-Pradhan of Shorepoint Panchayat Mr. P Venkataraman yesterday for illegally distributing liquor just before elections.
According to reports 55 bottles of liquor have been seized from his possession.
