Port Blair, Feb 05: Followed by the meeting held with Secretary (Health), A&N Administration in his chamber on 04.03.2014 at 6.00 p.m. along with Director of Health Services and A & N Health Department Ward Attendant, Aya and Safai Karmachari Association delegation headed by Mr. P.Kannan, President, Government Employees Federation and an assurance was given by the Secretary (Health), A&N Administration and Director of Health Services for according approval of implementation Hospital Patient Care Allowance/ Patient Care Allowance (PCA/PCA) on priority basis and requested the delegation to call off “Pen Down Show” by allowing them 15 days time for it.
Therefore the Association has decided to Call Off the “Pen Down Show” which was suppose to commence w.e.f. 05.03.2014 at all Hospitals, CHCs, UHCs, PHCs, Dispensaries of Health Department all over the Islands.
