Port Blair, Jan 31: The President, Nationalist Congress Party, A&N Islands, Smt. RS Uma Bharathy in a meeting held on Jan 28, observed a two minutes’ silence, in remembrance of the departed souls of the capsized boat MV Aqua Marine, a communication said.
