Port Blair, Jan 29: A mentally challenged persons this morning deeply troubled a lady infront of Shiksha Sadan, Port Blair. According to reports the persons all of a sudden hugged the lady and demanded his money back.
Not only this, the person has also reportedly hit the lady demanding pending payment from the Education Department.
Later it is learnt, that the person had lost mental balance a few years ago and keep troubling people in similar manner.
When people around him called the police, the person, who was wearing a lungi and shirt, escaped from the scene.
