Port Blair, Mar 14: The State President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Mr. R. Mohan in a letter addressed Union Minister of Education, Mr. Kapil Sibal has requested for increasing the allotment of MBBS seats from the present 18 seats to 40 seats and NIT seats from 44 to 60. The request has been made following increase in the number of students passing class XII, a communication received here said.
