Port Blair, Dec 11: The BSNL services have been affected in certain areas of South Andaman including Garacharma, Chouldari, Wimberlygunj and Ferrargunj owing to the damage caused to the BSNL optical fibre cables following the digging done by APWD for repairing a water piple line at Austinabad near Hemkund steel Industry on 10th last. The BSNL makes all out efforts to restore all the telecommunication services at the earliest.(PIB)
