Port Blair, Oct 14: The work of loading and unloading of power transformers at 33 KV Garacharma Sub-Station will be carried out on 15.10.2013 and 17.10.2013. Due to this power supply will remain suspended in some of the areas on 15.10.2013 and 17.10.2013 from 0800 hours to 1100 hours subject to weather condition.
The areas to be affected by power disruption are Dollygunj, Attampahar, Old Pahargaon, ICMR Colony area, part of Minnie Bay, Garacharma complete, Bhatu Basti, Pathergudda, Prothrapur, New Pahargaon, Satellite Colony, CARI, GSS, Bird Line, Calicut, Kamraj Nagar, Beodnabad, Rangachang, Burmanallah, Chidiyatapu, Japan Nallah, Austinabad, Corbyns’ Cove, Brichgunj, Brookshabad and part of Chakkargaon.
