Port Blair, Sep 13: Mr. P.B. Murugan, Chairperson, PBMC on 1st of September at 4.30 p.m. laid foundation stone for development of Pond at New Pahargaon, Ward No. 18 in the presence of Mr. M. Arumugam, SVC &Ward Councillor in a brief function. Mr I. P. Singh, JVC, other members and officers of the Council were also present during the occasion. Mr. M. Arumugam, Ward Councillor proposed vote of thanks.
