Port Blair, Sept 12: The MES Builders Association of India will be having its National Council meeting-cum-Engineers Builders meet at Port Blair on Sept 14, 2013 by lighting the lamp at 9 am by Air Marshall, PK Roy, AVSM, VM, VSM, ADC, Commander-in-Chief, A&N Command alongwith with Major General S Kaushik.
Around 400 Builders and Engineers across PAN India will attend the function, a communication from its General Secretary said here.
