Port Blair, Sept 05: As part of the Hindi Fortnight observance from 1st to 15th September, 2013, Elocution competition for the students of all Senior Secondary School located at headquarter area will be organised at Tagore Govt. College of Education, Port Blair on 06.09.2013 at 10 AM.
