Port Blair, Aug 11: A Cycle Rally from Netaji Stadium to Corbyn’s Cove Beach will be held by the Andaman & Nicobar Police on 16th August (Friday) at 6:00 in the morning. The First Lady of the Islands, Smti Suneeti Singh, shall flag off the Rally on the theme “Cycling for Health ‘n’ Fun”.
Senior officials of the Administration, AN Command and Coast Guard, College & School Children, sportsperson and enthusiasts from members of the public are expected to take part in the Rally. Those interested to participate can reach Netaji Stadium on 16th August by 6 am alongwith their own bicycles and sporting gears. Breakfast shall be served at the finishing point at Corbyn’s Cove along with police Band display.
