Port Blair, Mar 01: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President of Pradesh Congress Committee has taken the matter of regularization of adhoc and contract employment of about 46 doctors working since long in the Health Department of Andaman and Nicobar Administration.
He also apprised the Lt. Governor regarding frequent sighting of crocodiles at the baches of Corbyn’s Cove, Marina Park, Wandoor, Jolly Buoy, Red Skin, Chidiya Tapur, Radha Nagar etc and expressed apprehension of causalities and loss of human life besides having a negative impact on tourism. He requested that necessary precaution measures may be taken by providing nets at the beaches to restrict free movement of Crocodiles at beaches.
