Port Blair, July 29: It is a matter of pride for the entire Andaman & Nicobar Islands that the documentary film of Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, “RUNWAY ON THE SEA” has been included in the top nominated movies list of World Auteur Shorts Film Festival 2013. The list was prepared on the basis of online views and comments about the films.
