Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 3:All concerned candidates who have applied for allotment/nomination of various Professional/Technical/Non-technical coursesreserved at mainland institutions for the students of A&N Islands for the academic session 2026-27 have been informed that the counselling for the following courses alongwith surrendered seats will be held on 11.09.2026 at 10.00 am onwards in the Auditorium of Tagore Govt. College of Education (TGCE), Sri Vijaya Puram:
1. BDS – 2 seats
2. BAMS – 3 seats
3. BHMS – 4 seats
4. BAMS (Malayalee Origin) – 1 seat
5. Paramedical courses (DMLT – 2, DOA – 1, – 6 seats
DRRT – 1, DMC – 1 & D.Pharm. – 1)
6. B.A.L.L.B. – 2 seats (Surrender)
7. B.Sc. (Agriculture) – 3 seats (Surrender)
8. B.Tech. (Biotechnology) – 1 seat (Surrender)
9. B.Tech. (Fisheries Engg.) – 1 seat (Surrender)
10. General Nursing & Midwifery – 1 seat (Surrender)
All the interested candidates whose name appeared in the merit list of above courses are hereby directed to appear in person with all educational qualification certificates/testimonials in original along with 5 (five) passport size photographs and 2 permanency certificates for sureties and other documents in support of their category for counselling of above courses on the date, time and venue as specified above.
If the seats are un-utilized from the respective categories, the same may be allotted from Category-V as per merit.
All concerned candidates are further informed that the aforesaid surrender seats of B.A.L.L.B., B.Sc. (Agriculture), General Nursing & Midwifery, B.Tech. (Biotechnology), B.Tech. (Fisheries Engg.) will be allotted from the respective categories from where the seats have been surrendered. If the seats still remain un-utilized from the respective categories, the same will be allotted from Category-V as per merit. Further, if any surrendered seats still remain vacant, the same will be allotted to the fresh eligible candidate who is present in the counselling as per their merit. Therefore, fresh eligible candidates those who are interested for allotment of the above surrendered seats are also requested to be present on the above date of counsellingalongwith all testimonials in original.
No subsequent claim will be entertained or considered from any candidate, irrespective of his merit, fails to appear in person or does not produce necessary certificates in original at the time of counselling/selection.
