

Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug. 03: The Andaman Nicobar Chess Association (ANCA) is pleased to announce that two young chess players from the Andaman & Nicobar Islands have officially earned their first FIDE Standard Ratings, a significant milestone in their chess journey.
1. Aradhya Rai, a student of NCS born on October 30, 2017, has achieved a FIDE rating of 1415. She is registered with the International Chess Federation (FIDE) under FIDE ID: 547034149.
2. M. Ritwik, a student of MGIS born on April 29, 2018, has achieved a FIDE rating of 1451. He is registered with the International Chess Federation (FIDE) under FIDE ID: 537075128.
Both players have earned international FIDE ratings at a very young age through their impressive performances in FIDE-rated tournaments. Their achievement reflects their dedication, hard work, and commitment to the game.
