Sri Vijaya Puram, July 21: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) provides a remarkable opportunity to students to pursue another degree through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode, while pursuing a regular degree.
According to scheme of pursuing two degrees in IGNOU, the students will be permitted to pursue only two academic programmes simultaneously at the UG and PG level if:
One programme in Regular/ODL/Online mode from an institution other than IGNOU along with one programme in ODL/Online mode from IGNOU;
Two academic programmes in ODL mode at the level of UG/PG degree in two separate admission cycles only. Admission to two UG/PG degree programmes in Online Mode can be taken in two separate admission cycles in the same academic year i.e one programme in January and another programme in July
One programme in ODL mode and the other programme in Online mode at the UG/PG level, the admission can be taken in Two separate admission cycles in the same academic year i.e one programme in January and another programme in July.
It is a remarkable opportunity for students of Andaman & Nicobar Islands to pursue two degrees at the same time and enhance their skills and explore new arenas of opportunities.
