Billiground, June 30: Nibedita Computer Institute, registered under Khadi, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, and affiliated with CSS Computer Education — an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation — today celebrated the completion of 20 glorious years of dedicated service in spreading computer literacy among the youth of the Billiground region.
On the occasion of this milestone, the Head of Nibedita Computer Institute, Dr. P.K. Mandal, organised a Certification Ceremony at the Harinagar Gram Panchayat Conference Hall on 29th June 2026.
The ceremony was graced by Shri Sudarshan, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Billiground, as the Chief Guest. The Guests of Honour included Shri Manojit Halder, Pradhan, Harinagar Gram Panchayat; Shri Suresh Pandey, Patwari, Billiground; and Shri Nripen Biswas, Panchayat Secretary, GP Harinagar.
In his address, Dr. P.K. Mandal eloquently narrated the 20-year journey of Nibedita Computer Institute, highlighting its contributions to society and emphasising the growing importance of computer education for the new generation in today’s world.
The highlight of the ceremony was the distribution of Honours Diploma in Computer Application Certificates and Tally Certificates to 26 successful students by the Chief Guest and Guests of Honour.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Guest and Shri Manojit Halder, Pradhan, Harinagar, warmly praised Dr. P.K. Mandal and the institute for its unwavering commitment to promoting computer literacy among the youth of the region. They also extended their heartfelt best wishes to all the students for a bright and prosperous future.
