Sri Vijaya Puram, June 01: The Andaman & Nicobar Islands Unit of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has expelled Mr. B. Satyanarayana from the party’s primary membership with immediate effect, citing alleged anti-party activities and indiscipline.
According to a press note issued by N. Manikya Rao Yadav, State President of TDP Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Mr. B. Satyanarayana, who had contested as the party’s candidate from Ward No. 16 (Old Pahargaon) in the 2022 Municipal Elections, was found to have been continuously opposing the activities and directions of the party in the islands.
The party stated that following recommendations from the party’s discipline committee, the state leadership decided to terminate his primary membership with immediate effect.
TDP leaders emphasized that the party remains committed to maintaining organizational discipline and ensuring adherence to its principles and decisions. The action, according to the party, was taken after due consideration of the seriousness of the matter.
