Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb. 15: In order to facilitate smoother and more convenient travel for daily commuters, the Directorate of Shipping Services has enhanced the frequency of Passenger Ferry Services operating between Phoenix Bay and Bambooflat by adding 04 additional trips.
This initiative has been undertaken to ease passenger movement for commuters relying on ferry services for their daily commute. The revised schedule for the Passenger Ferry Services on the Phoenix Bay – Bambooflat route will come into effect from 16th February, 2026.
The Directorate remains committed to providing safe, reliable, and commuter-friendly maritime transport services and requests the general public to make use of the enhanced ferry frequency for a more comfortable travel experience.
