Sri Vijaya Puram, Jan. 21:Applications are invited for the Third Round of MD/MS Counselling for admission to MD/MS /Post MBBS DNB (In-service Quota) courses at ANIIMS for the Academic Year 2025–26 is scheduled on 07th February, 2026.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates should be Citizen of India and should have undergone MBBS course including the entire Compulsory Rotatory Medical Internship (CRMI) period and qualified in NEET PG 2025 and score as per the latest notice issued by NBEMS dated 13.01.2026 (minimum of marks at General Category/EWS- 07th percentile and above and SC/ST/OBC/PwD category -0th percentile and above) and General Category/Pwd- 05th percentile and above are eligible for MD/MS/Post MBBS DNB seats.
- Candidates opting MD/MS in State Quota must serve in the Islands for at least one year and have to furnish undertaking in Rs.100 non-judicial stamp paper failing which he/she will be required to pay Rs10 lakhs as penalty.
- Post MBBS DNB through In-service quota shall mandatorily have to serve the Andaman & Nicobar Administration for a period of at-least 10 years on completion of their course
- The duration of the MD/MS/ Post MBBS DNB Broad Specialty is three years
- The Upper age limit for applying for DNB courses In-service quota is 50 years of age

Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official website for updates and detailed information regarding the MD/MS /Post MBBS DNB counselling process at ANIIMS.
The following instruction should be followed by the candidates at the time of counseling:-
The candidates will report at 9 am for counseling on 07th February, 2026 (Saturday) at Administrative Block, ANIIMS New Campus, Corbyn’s Cove along with original certificates/documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies of all the certificates/documents.
The allotment of seats and verification of the documents to the candidates shall be made only when he /she attends the counseling session in person. The candidate will be called in order of merit and shall be offered the seat available at that point of time.
