Diglipur, (Khudirampur), Dec. 05: The Birth Anniversary of Khudiram Bose, one of the youngest revolutionaries of India was celebrated here today.
As per report, the Gram Panchayat Diglipur, led by KV Raj (Ward Member), is organizing a 3-day (03-05.12.2025) mela at Khudirampur Chowk, near Govt Middle School, under Diglipur Tehsil to mark the celebration of the birth anniversary of Shaheed Khudiram Bose.
The mela started with the Chief Guest, Shri Shribash Das (N&MA ZP Adhyaksha), and the Guest of Honour, Shri Abhishek Gulia, DANICS (AC/SDM Diglipur), garlanding the statue of Khudiram Bose.
The mela will reportedly culminate on 5th Dec. with Pradhan, GP Subashgram as the Chief Guest and Shri. Balaram Halder, Surendra Nath Biswas (Retd Army), and Sh Makhan Hira as the Guests of honour.
The Panchayat is reportedly organizing various sports events at the Govt Middle School, Khudirampur Playground and the prize distribution will be held accordingly on the closing ceremony day at the mela ground, the report said.
