Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov 11: A Coastal Security Exercise titled “Sagar Kavach – SKV 02/25” is scheduled to be conducted in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands from 0600 hours on 13th November, 2025 to 1800 hrs on 14th November, 2025.
This exercise aims to validate the coastal security mechanism through the simulation of intrusion by Red Force elements from the seaward side and simulated attacks on land-based Vital Areas/Vital Points (VA/VPs).
The general public is requested not to panic during the period of the exercise and to extend full cooperation to security forces and participating agencies to ensure the success of this important exercise for strengthening coastal security.
