Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 26: The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Government of India, in collaboration with the Andaman & Nicobar Administration and INCOIS, will conduct an Inter-State Mock Exercise on Tsunami and Cyclone Disaster on November 5, 2025, covering the East Coast of India, including the A&N Islands.
Ahead of the exercise, Stage-I “Orientation and Coordination Conference” will be held via video conferencing on October 28, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Conference Hall of the Directorate of Disaster Management, Link Road, Goalghar, Port Blair. The conference will be chaired by the Secretary (Disaster Management), A&N Administration, to ensure smooth planning and coordination for the upcoming exercise.
