
Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 16: The Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Andaman & Nicobar Islands in collaboration with AYUSH Hospital organized a Homeopathy Camp at the Centre on 15th October 2025.
The camp was formally inaugurated by Mrs. Sumitha Mol. S, Director, CRC A&N Islands, together with Dr. Shantanu Ghosal from AYUSH Hospital, who along with his dedicated medical team conducted the camp during the forenoon session.
A large number of parents along with their wards enthusiastically participated in the camp. The event aimed at extending holistic and natural healing care to Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and their family members. The initiative was well received by the attendees, as it provided an opportunity for personalized consultation and awareness about homeopathic wellness.
In addition to new beneficiaries, a number of old patients from nearby areas also attended the camp and benefited from the follow-up consultations and continued treatment support.
The Director, CRC A&N Islands, appreciated the efforts of AYUSH Hospital and Dr. Ghosal’s team for their continued collaboration in promoting inclusive healthcare for PwDs in the Islands.
Participants who had attended the first camp were prescribed medicines and advised to join the next camp for review and continuation of their treatment.
The event reaffirmed the commitment of CRC A&N Islands towards promoting accessible healthcare, wellness, and inclusion through such collaborative initiatives.
