Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 09: The Forum of Civil Pensioners Associations is organising a Parliament March and mass dharna on 10th October, 2025 at Jantar Mantar, Delhi demanding (i) withdrawal of the decision to categorise pensioners on the basis of their date of retirement for extending the benefits of Central Pay Commission through the Finance Act, 2025 and (ii) immediate setting up of 8th Central Pay Commission. A large number of pensioners from different parts of the country representing various Pensioners Association will participate in the Parliament March. To attend the above programme, Suresh Lall, General Secretary and P. Sathyapal, Assistant General Secretary of the Govt Pensioners Association, Andaman & Nicobar Islands have proceeded to Delhi today morning.
