Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 24:The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) conducts All-India Lateral Entry Selection Test (LEST) to fill vacant seats in Classes IX and XI of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs). For the academic session 2026–27, the online registration portal which was made live on July 25, has now been extended up to Oct. 7. The registration for LEST 2026 can be completed through the NVS website www.navodaya.gov.in. The direct application link is https://cbseitms.nic.in/2025/nvsxi_11 (Class XI) and https://cbseitms.nic.in/2025/nvsix_9 (Class IX). The said selection test for both the classes is scheduled to be held on Feb. 7, 2026.
